My Mission
It's my mission to provide engaging and fun music lessons tailored to each student's individual needs and learning style using music they love and connect to. Together we create a collaborative space to grow and learn.
I have 10 years of experience helping people find their authentic voices, build their confidence, prepare for RCM Exams and successfully audition and get accepted to prestigious vocal programs in the GTA's best arts schools (Claud Watson, Earl Haig, Cardinal Carter, Wexford, St Elizabeth's, Westmount).
Many of my students have won top scores at exams, music festivals, performed in musicals, sing in gigging rock bands and some have even gone on to earn University music degrees and are now teachers themselves! Most importantly ALL of my students love expressing themselves by making music.
My Philosophy
I believe in singing with your whole instrument, meaning we learn how to use our bodies to support our voices. I believe in the benefits of moving, improvising, composing and having fun! I also believe that all students can be well rounded musicians who learn to read music, have intelligent ears and great musicianship skills to work with other musicians. I strive to make lifelong music lovers out of every student I meet.
